In addition, the provider arranges parking spaces in the parking lots of third-party providers, which can be booked online. PARKANDSTART merely acts as an intermediary for the parking spaces. The parking conditions of the respective contractual partner apply on site. A contract is concluded between the customer and the respective parking lot provider when a booking is made. PARKANDSTART merely acts as an intermediary for the parking spaces and is not a party to the parking space usage contract.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>3. conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The contract is concluded when the customer makes a booking on the website, by telephone or on site and when the provider confirms the booking.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>4. services of the provider<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Provision of a parking space for the agreed period.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Procurement of parking spaces in third-party parking lots.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Transfer of the customer from the parking lot to a defined destination and back.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Optional: vehicle maintenance, refueling service or other additional services.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>5 Prices and terms of payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The current prices can be viewed on the website or agreed individually.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Payment can be made in cash, by EC\/credit card or by bank transfer.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>6 Obligations of the customer<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The customer must lock his vehicle properly and not leave any valuables in the vehicle.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The customer is obliged to arrive punctually at the agreed transfer times. In this context, &#8220;on time&#8221; does not mean &#8220;too early&#8221;, as the automated entry via the license plate recognition of the barrier only works at the beginning of the booked parking time or one second thereafter.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The customer must drive to the correct parking garage, as a booking or any tickets purchased at other parking garages cannot be credited or offset against existing bookings.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For valet services, the customer must contact the provider by phone or WhatsApp 15 minutes before arriving at the drop-off location to ensure a smooth handover.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>7. liability<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">No liability is accepted for theft or damage by third parties.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">PARKANDSTART is not the operator of the parking lots, but merely acts as an intermediary. In the event of damage, PARKANDSTART can only refer to the respective parking garage operator, but assumes no liability for its services or conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>8 Cancellation and withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed parking time.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A fee may be charged in the event of later cancelations.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>9. charges for exceeded parking times<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If a vehicle is not removed within the agreed parking period, additional charges may apply. These fees must be paid before the vehicle is released from the respective parking garage.
