WHEN CAN I ENTER THE PARKING GARAGE?
This differs if you booked VALET PARKING or a PARKING SPOT
That depends on:
If you have booked VALET PARKING please arrive at the communicated Time Slot and make sure you contacted our Servicepartner 15 minutes in advance.
If You booked your stationary parking spot, please make sure, that yoou enter the parking garage at least one second AFTER your booked arrival time. The license plate reader will otherwise not allow you to enter the gate and you might have to try again at the correct entrance time.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR
Just find a free slot and feel free too park at any designated, free and convenient official parking slot within the parking garage.

CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKED PARKING PERIOD?
Of course. But please be informed, that you will have to pay your extended stay at the vending machine within the parking garage before you will be allowed to exit the garage.
